Hi Breege,
Great question.
These are called Exhibition Highlights. To make any exhibit the highlight for that exhibition, navigate to the image while logged in and on the gallery menu on the left hand side you will see a button 'Make Highlight' which will do that for you.

Hi Breege,
You have to have navigated as far as the exhibit you want to make the highlight.
Login, Click My Gallery in the User Menu.
Navigate through your galleries until you have the one image you want as the highlight on screen.
The Gallery Menu, on the left should have the following options:
-Add Comment
-Delete Exhibit
-Edit Permissions
-Edit Exhibit
-Make Highlight
-Move Exhibit
-View Latest Comments
-View Slideshow
-Advanced Search
